Each time our AI analyzes a lead row from your CSV, it counts as one analysis. This includes generating the priority score, insights, and personalized email draft. Viewing previously analyzed leads does not count.

Yes! You can switch plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the higher tier features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle for your allowance to reset.

When you choose yearly billing, you get 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You're billed once per year at the discounted rate, and you can cancel at any time.

Currently we support CSV files up to 5,000 rows per upload for paid plans (50 rows for Starter). Each row represents one lead. We're working on adding support for more formats.
